Speaking from personal experience I have used taping for a sports injury which led me to do various training to be qualified in using the tape in my treatments. The tape acts like a second skin and helps with lifting the skin to aid lymph drainage supports joints and tissue whilst not affecting range of motion. ideal when used in conjunction with sports massage.
